The Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV) Commission’s legal expenditure for 2025–26 was nil. The DFSV Commission’s legal services are provided by the Department of Social Services (DSS). As such, associated legal expenditure is included in DSS' published legal services expenditure.

Senate Order 13 contract reporting
